AN 11.15 X 36 (WERNDL CARBINE) ADLER'S PATENT MONTENEGRIN GASSER-TYPE DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER, CIRCA 1875, serial number 1279, with 9 1/2 in. round sighted barrel, foliate engraved solid frame, fitted with ejector rod and hinged loading gate (opening stud missing), stepped six shot cylinder decorated with coarse floral engraving, fitted with smooth two piece walnut grips, lanyard ring at base, rusted overall with some traces of original nickel.
